The Wan’an Junction Second-Line Ship Lock has a design maximum working head of 32.5 meters, ranking as the 8th highest-head single-stage ship lock in the world and 4th in China. Its lock wall height is the highest in Jiangxi Province, and it is honored as “The First Lock on the Thousand-Li Ganjiang River”.

The project is equipped with an intelligent steel processing and distribution center, including three production lines for reinforcing cage fabrication, mechanical connection threading, bending and stirrup bending, as well as 2 overhead cranes and 1 welding robot, achieving dual assurance of safety, quality and efficiency in steel processing.

The reinforcing cage rolling welding machine automatically completes a full set of procedures including main bar threading, stiffening ring welding and spiral winding. The entire production of one finished reinforcing cage can be operated by only 2 construction workers.
