Station Front Works of Nantong–Ningbo High‑Speed Railway
Project Period: 2024
Project Manager: Cheng Tingting
Client: China Railway 7th Bureau Group Co., Ltd.
Equipments Supplied: Reinforcing Cage Welding Station, Steel Bar Sawing, Threading & Grinding Production Line
High‑Speed Railway starts from Nantong West Station of Yancheng–Nantong High‑Speed Railway, passes through Zhangjiagang, Changshu and Suzhou in Jiangsu Province, and Jiaxing and Ningbo in Zhejiang Province, ending at Ningbo Station of Ningbo Junction. The total length of the line is about 309.8 kilometers.
The station front works feature a long route, large demand for steel bars and a tight construction schedule, making the advantages of intelligent steel processing equipment highly prominent.
The sawing, threading and grinding production line adopts a numerical control servo system, with the sawing length error controlled within ±1 mm. The processed threads are regular, full and tightly engaged, and the ground end faces are smooth without burrs.

The reinforcing cage welding station can automatically locate the spacing of main bars and the radian of stirrups. The welding points are uniform and firm, and the compliance rate of cage roundness, verticality and dimensional accuracy reaches 100%, avoiding manual welding deviations and ensuring the bearing capacity and structural stability of the reinforcing cages.
A single production line can complete dozens of tons of steel bar sawing and threading per day on average, and the cage welding station realizes fully automatic welding and forming simultaneously, improving the production capacity by more than three times compared with the traditional manual + single machine mode.
The equipment can operate continuously and stably for 24 hours to withstand high-intensity construction loads, ensuring steel supply during peak periods, avoiding construction delays, and supporting the efficient progress of the project.
