The project is equipped with an intelligent steel processing and distribution center, including three production lines for reinforcing cage fabrication, mechanical connection threading, bending and stirrup bending, as well as 2 overhead cranes and 1 welding robot, achieving dual assurance of safety, quality and efficiency in steel processing.

The reinforcing cage rolling welding machine automatically completes a full set of procedures including main bar threading, stiffening ring welding and spiral winding. The entire production of one finished reinforcing cage can be operated by only 2 construction workers.
